2) Order on-line / by E-mail

Browse our complete catalog on-line by clicking "Catalog" in the toolbar above. When you find the item you are looking for, just click the ADD BUTTON () to add the item to your order list. When your list is complete, simply click "E-mail list" and address the e-mail to coopers-os@mindspring.com.

3) Order by Fax

Browse our complete catalog on-line by clicking  "Catalog" in the toolbar above. When you find the item you are looking for, just click the ADD BUTTON () to add the item to your order list. When your list is complete, simply click "FAX LIST" and a fax copy of your order will automatically be created. Print the document and fax it to (423) 266-6197.

Delivery Free Next Day (in most cases) Billing The Catalog reflects list prices only at the time of printing, pricing updates may be available. Returns Regular returns will be accepted up to 21 days after delivery and must be returned in new, saleable condition, and in new carton or package. Special Orders Special order items cannot be returned unless the manufacturer will accept their return and then may be subject to return freight and restocking charges. Deposits Special ordered or custom produced items may be subject to a pre-paid deposit before order can be entered. Warranties Seller makes no warranty or guarantee on the specific products other than those guaranteed by the manufacturer. Payment Terms Unless negotiated otherwise, all invoices are due and payable on the 10th of the month following the invoice date (i.e. net 10th pox.) We also accept VISA, M.C., AMEX, and personal checks on C.O.D. orders. Late Payment Charges Finance charges will be assessed at one and one half percent (1.5%) per month or 185 annum on past due balances.
